Straits Interactive is a Singapore-based company focused on Data Governance, AI adoption, and professional training. For this project, I implemented a complete GoHighLevel solution, covering both the front-end website and the full backend automation system.

Scope of Work

This was an end-to-end GHL build, including:

*Full website design and setup in Go High Level

*Custom lead capture forms

*Strategic tags and audience segments

*Automated workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups

*Complete CRM configuration

*Targeted email campaigns

*Reusable snippets for sales and support communication

Everything was built inside GHL to create a single, centralized system.

Website & Funnel Strategy

The website was structured to clearly communicate:

* What the company does

* Who their services are for

* The difference between training, consultancy, and AI solutions

Clear calls-to-action guide visitors to submit forms, request consultations, or join email lists.

Automation & CRM Logic

Leads are automatically tagged and segmented based on their interests, such as:

* Training-focused prospects

* AI / Gen-AI solution seekers

* Consultancy inquiries

Each segment is connected to its own email nurture sequence and workflow, reducing manual work and improving engagement.

Conclusion

This project represents a complete Go High Level implementation, where the website is not just a design asset but part of a full growth system.
GHL now acts as the central platform for marketing, CRM, and automation for Straits Interactive.
