Project Overview / Background
This project involved creating a 20-page high-converting website with an integrated CRM system and flow-based AI chatbot for a multi-service training and coaching business. The client offers First Aid, CPR & AED, BLS classes (online, hybrid, and in-person), Life Coaching, and Pet Care guidance across multiple locations, including Westampton and North Brunswick, NJ.
The goal was to build a centralized, automated system to attract and convert traffic, showcase services, enable online bookings and payments, and automate confirmations, follow-ups, and retargeting. Using Go High Level, we implemented a fully automated ecosystem where the website, CRM, workflows, pipelines, and AI chatbot work seamlessly, allowing the client to focus solely on teaching while the system manages leads, bookings, payments, and marketing.
